No customer service AGAIN!!

I am so sick and tired of having to try and get any service at all from Autopage... I requested my banking details to be changed on more than 1 occasion and guess what, it wasn't done and my debit order failed. I have followed up several times and the only response I get from them is that the incident is now closed on their side. Now my service has been suspended because they just can't do their jobs.<br> <br> The last time I had an issue in October, the only way I could get it attended to is through this forum. Autopage really is the most useless company that I have ever had to deal with and as soon as my contract comes to an end, I will be cancelling immediately.<br> <br> Ridiculous...
