No Customer Service

I had changed my bank account details, and I knew the debit would not go through so I went to altech in pavilion and they informed me that I need to pay at pick and pay, which I did, and today without notifying me they cut my line, when I call for them to reconnect they tell me that there system is down which is not my problem, my dad has experienced the same problems with altech, the biggest mistake I ever made was signing up with altech and I will never do it again, there services are pathetic, i have never come across a company that does not give there paying customers good service, and this is not the first time it has happened, I have asked for managers to call me but nothing yet
