no customer service

Took upgrade on the 3rd December 2015 of samung j5 that came with a go pro camera. After loads of calls received phone on the 23rd Dec 2015 with no go pro . So the phoning started again with promises to have it sorted .every time iPhone customer's care line I'm on average on hold for over 10 min and having the phone put down on me . Keep being told someone is going to contact me . I have all ready been billed for new contract with out getting what im paying for . I do believe that Autopage is closing so they not interested in there customer's. Being a customer for over 15 years this has made think of not renewing my other contract .
