No Contract signed yet threatening to disconnect

I am absolutely disgusted by the service of Altech Autopage Cellular. None of the listed headoffice numbers work.They dont respond to service emails or tweets and they dont respond to account query requests yet have the audacity to send me an sms threatening to disconnect me when I have NEVER signed a contract with Altech or given them permission to take money out of my bank account. If I dont hear from them by close of business today I WILL be seeking legal advise on this. It is ********** to take money out of a personal bank account with NO written authority from the account holder!<br> <br> I have a reference number 563 194 that I was told would be responded to in 2- 24hrs. I have several emails to both Nashua Mobile AND Altech Autopage with NO response.
