I called was on hold for 17 minutes, then my call was taken, but i could only hear people talking. I was on hold again, and then my call was taken customer service, i raised my query she transferred me to upgrades, I told her its not a upgrade its a additional line, she said no upgrades can help me, upgrades said no they cant and transferred me to switchboard, I then selected Sales, sales said they are experiencing problems with the system, and can not pick the stock, so now my delivery is delayed, I suggest you do something fast I expect my delivery tomorrow.
