No communication! TOTAL lack of service!

I have just about had it with Autopage!! We app**** for a new phone for our business, which took almost a week to get approved (After the consultant said it should take a day or two) Which is not the end of the world, if I didn't have to make ENDLESS phone calls. And by phone calls - I phoned them the one day 24 times.. 24!! Their line always just rings! I followed up with E-mails, etc. When you're lucky enough to actually get through to them, they always say 'we'll phone you back' Which they NEVER do!! EVER! Not even the Manager bothers to phone back. So I finally get my phone, and the consultant tells me my number will be activated in 24 hours (after I said I wanted to keep my old number, but I let that one slide) Anyway, 48 hours later, and nothing. Phoned the branch again, spoke to a different guy who said he will phone me back, which he didn't - AS USUAL. Phoned the branch 17 times today!!! NO ANSWER. Phoned customer service, the promised to get back to me, which they didn't - AS USUAL! I am SO frustrated, I can not believe the awful service from Autopage. I am a first time customer and honestly wish that I rather went with another company.
