No Communication re repairs being done or not

My phone was collected by courier on the 30th June 2015 for guarantee repairs. After 5 weeks of no communication as to the progress of the repairs being done, I phoned customer care repeatedly for one week before I was told that I needed to deactivate the \Find my iphone"setting. They are now saying that the phone needs to be delivered back to me in order for me to complete the requested action and then a new job has to be logged and the phone collected again. However"
