No Communication

On Monday the 9th March 2015 I went to Autopage Clearwater to make a follow up on my phone that was booked for repairs on the 16/01/2015 because Im not receiving any communication about the status of it since the last sms I received advising that its awaiting quote confirmation. I tried more than once to call the number on the sms but the there is no answer. when I went to the store on Monday I was assisted by Godfrey to reject the quote and he advised that it will take 4 days for my phone to come back and that I will receive an sms and again I have not received any sms to that effect, today marks the 4th day and I still don't have my phone. Im very disappointed with the service I have received to date and I don't think I will ever have any contract with Autopage in future.
