No assistance: Pathetic

Someone opened an account with Al-tech Auto page using my Name,surname,ID and Bank account number.<br> I highlighted this with them. They asked me to open a case with the Police, and at the Police station they told me I need the name of the location where it was open in order for them to open a case for me.<br> <br> I am trying to call Auto page to get this detail and I am unable to get through to their call center, and I have sent a query from their Website. They have forwarded me to their lawyers now, which is pathetic because this account was **********ly opened and is sitting with Telkom's ***** Department.<br> <br> These two companies are in Business together but they are unable to liaise to resolve the fact that an account was **********ly opened with them in my name.<br> My credit record is being tarnished . I am livid!
