new upgrade sony xperia z3 water damage

Hello Peter <br> last year November l upgraded my cellphone contract to a Sony Xperia z3 the waterproof phone,I put a screen protector on but before that I washed the screen, after putting the screen protector on I switched the phone on and it didn't switch on. I took it to autopage who sent it away to Johannesburg repair center,when the phone came back after one month and one week the repair center broke the back cover of the phone. I am sitting without a phone and losing my cellphone allowance for the past two months. I asked for a replacement phone and autopage says they must see if the repair center is going to replace it. So in other words if the repair center doesn't replace the phone I am going to have to pay a lot of money for the contract and be happy with a broken phone. That is not on I am sorry.
