New tarriff not implemented
I arranged to cancel my cellphone MTN 100 Topup contract and switch to pre-paid and keep my existing number. I was phoned by an agent and offered a rate of R55 to keep the same contract and keep the phone which I accepted over the phone. Today I get my bill and it is R125.49. Please either honour your contract or cancel my contract as originally requested.
