new phone returned for repairs, and poor service

I am a Nashua client, and my account was given to autopage. I stuck it out as my contract was almost finished. I was very undecided to continue with autopage, but I thought I would give autopage a try with my new contract. and I regret signing a new contract already. I took a new contract on 23 Jan 2015. on the 3 Feb I had to take back my brand new phone as it crashed. its now 17 Feb no response from the glen branch, when I gave in my phone I was told if its not fixable I would get a refurbished phone. I do not want a refurbished phone, I want a my phone back or i want a new phone, as mime was a week old? I am very unhappy with autopage, and I dread to think what I am going to deal with for the next 24 months of my contract. how do I cancel this contract? I only had the phone over a week, and its been in for repairs for 2 weeks. this service is pathetic,
