NEW LINE ACTIVATION PENDING FOR TWO WEEKS

I recently took up a contract with Altech. The phone was delivered on the 26th August 2015 and activation was to take place after 2-24hrs of receiving the handset. Its the 07th of September and my line is still not active yet. I've been phoning altech autopage everyday since receiving the phone and the only thing I'm being told is that my matter has been referred to the IT department. This is really bad. my reference with altech is 825331.
