new contract still not fully functioning

I recently needed to upgrade and decided to move from cell c to man for personal reasons. My contract was with all tech autopage and they started working on my new upgrade with mtn. On the 25th of feb I reqeusted for my phone to be activated and then only got activated 14days later after almost phoning them daily without any notice or reports back from them. Now at least I can call, but what does it help I have a smart phone and I can't go onto the Internet or use my iMessage or receive any mail with it. There response was just reset your phone and then it will work, but off course it didn't work. Please can you just help me with the phone as I'm running my practice off it and need it on a hourly basis. Even when I check my phone balance with mtn it doesn't acknowledge any sms or data on it only free minutes.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Andre
