NEW CONTRACT CHARGED WITH NO PHONE DELIVERED

Ordered an iPhone 6 three months ago and have been promised delivery time and time again. <br> Initially Eastgate store made promises for 2 months then handed the request over to head office.<br> Head office confirmed five weeks ago that phone would definitely de delivered by the 23 Jan 2015. <br> False information given as no phone has been delivered - now (04 Feb 2015) am being told they have no stock and don't know when stock is going to arrive. <br> In the meanwhile contract has been upgraded and I am paying for a handset I don't have.<br> Call centre agent refuses to put me through to a supervisor or manager but deems it right to cut the call.<br> No one from head office has had the decency to call me back at any stage !! <br>
