Never took off my debit orders.

After Autopage took over the CELL C customers from Nashua, they never captured my banking details. They never notified me to tell me this, thus my debit orders never went off. I only noticed on my latest bill that my payments did not go off. When I called in on Monday they told me my banking details was updated the past week and that my full payment will go of for the past three months the next day. <br> <br> Yesterday my phone got cut off.. It is their mistake for not capturing my banking details, They never contacted me when I did not pay the first time. and after I have to do a full payment in one day they still cut off my phone.<br> <br> Aside from the fact that I do not have service because of something that is not my fault, my credit score is also negatively impacted.<br> <br> First experience with this company and already I'm ****ed off!!!
