Never Have a Contract with Altech Autopage

My Blackberry had to go in for system repairs in August 2015, after countless phones calls I only received the phone back in November 2015 without the battery. The phone was sent off intact with the battery and this was notated on the sheet. I am now on the 19th January 2016 still waiting for a battery for my phone! Apparently head office refuses to supply a battery to replace the one their service department lost. The kind lady at the Brandwag branch said she will buy a battery out of her pocket - but waiting for stock.<br> <br> I have 4 cell phone contracts with Altech Autopgae, always been a loyal customer BUT after this experience I will not renew my contracts and will NEVER use them again.
