Never Fail to Dissapoint

My contract expires in September of this year as per my profile on their website. Due to terrible service in the past I gave notice on 31 July to terminate my cellphone contract. I was requested to provide my identity number which I duly did and did not get a response further.

I called in today to confirm that there was nothing further required and was advised that my contract is only expiring on the 5th December 2015, which is completely contradictory to the information under my profile and the previous dates for my upgrades in contract cycles. The consultant then advised that this was due to me receiving upgrades 4 months prior to the expiry of the previous term. This is incorrect, it was usually two months before, but nevertheless it was never stated that this extended the contract term. It was simply a way of forcing the retention of clients. I requested written confirmation of my (alleged) termination date, the consultant refused to provide me with same.

I have been a client for more than 15 years and this is the service I get. I would have thought Nashua Mobile would have been a lesson to middle-man providers who are fast becoming irrelevant
