Negligence is to blame period.

For the last 4 or so years I've been a valid and plain out happy client of Altech Autopage cause I've always gotten awesome deals and whatever I needed was provided to me and so I became very comfortable with them cause I knew id get what I want when I requested it.<br> <br> On the 03.02.2015 I contacted the call center in order to sort of place a cap on all my accounts/numbers and I was sent a my limit form which I completed and sent it off that very day at 12:20 and received a automotive response saying my mail was received. Now today going through my accounts I noticed that no my limit was added and whatever additional data/sms/calls I've made has gone way over the my limit cause point one it was never loaded to account and point 2 when I called the call center all of a sudden there is no trace of the document.<br> <br> Now that all this has happened how am I supposed to get all excited about all the hype I've created for this company and I've been paying for additional costs that has been curbed ages ago. I'd like this matter corrected or when my time comes to a end with you guys I will cancel all contracts and move to a better provider that is not so negligent.<br>
