need urgent assistance and answers

I appleid for a new contract on the 29th of june 2015 and it was approved, and the consultant told me the device will be delivered in 7 days, after the 7 days was over I called them and they told me there was no stock and they still waiting on the stock and they will receive it on the 9th july on the 13th I called again and they said they still waiting on the stock, and til today I'm assuming they still waiting. What's concerning is they never called me to keep me up to date with what's going on and more concerning is giving me a day to expect the phone but not living up to that promis. Can I please get assistance and reasonable feedback from you guys?
