MY QUERY REMAINS UNRESOLVED AND UNRESPONDED TO

I made an enquiry about my billing statement on 27 March. I am being billed for items not per agreed contract. I gave names, dates and times of previous conversations. i followed up via email and telephone, only to receive \call closed"email without any feedback and my query remained unresolved. previous telephone follow up on 6 May i was told that i would get a response be 14 May. didn't receive any apart from an email on the 18th stating that the call has been closed again. upon telephone enquiry on the 18th"
