My Nokia Lumia 625 was damaged by the workers

I took my phone is to get unlocked as i had forgot my pass code, Jason took the phone and did a software reboot. the reboot was to happen over night, the following day i went to fetch the phone and it was not working.<br> <br> When i asked what happened I was told that if the phone had water damage and that the reboot damaged the phone entirely. <br> <br> Why was not advised of this in the beginning? i would have tried to recall the pass code eventually. <br> <br> it doesn't help that Jason, his twin brother and Peter (the other worker) have the worst attitude on earth!!!!!
