My account was handed over

I took a laptop with the. Above mentioned supplier and I missed 2 payments due them not debiting the money on my account as a result, my account was handed over to Nudebts they called me and we made an arrangement for payments only to find out later that Nudebt has opened two accounts under my name, however they promised to close one account, few days ago I received a call from DMC advising me that my account was handed over to them, now I'm really confused and when I phoned Nudebt they advised that they are still trying to sort out the account that was opened in error. What do I do now
