In no n dec of 2013 dey have debited my acc wid unreasonable amounts. Wen i queried it dey say i click onto a sms which i subscibed to. I recieved no such sms. Ever since den dey blocked my 4gigs of data for da remaining of my 6 mnths. Wen i asked for my itemised billing to c if it was my fault. I recieve no responce from dem. Now after a yr of cancelling my contract dey have handed me over n r gng to put me on da credit buro. Altech is a irresonsible company to deal wid. Wen u query anyting dey do not get back to u. N knowing dat i did not receive my data y shud i pay dem.
