Most Shocking and Appalling Services-Autopage

I have Never Ever come across anyone out there with worse customer service and billing system ever than Altech Autopage!! The call centre services are appalling and so are the credit control services too!! The billing system is shocking too!! Billing exorbitant amounts! I have been trying to cancel my contract since March 2015. Tried to buy my contract which expired now 28th of June. Even after I paid the amount I was told to buy myself out, it was still not cancelled - kept it running up to now!! I kept calling in. Confirmed contract ended June 28th.<br> <br> Today I called in again requesting confirmation in writing that my contract is finally paid up and cancelled for good. I was cut off 3 x times in a row whilst speaking to a consultant and when I finally managed to give my details to Credit Control for confirmation that all is clear, kept holding on for 52 min and still no one returned! Kept me hanging! Had to hang up as I was keeping our lines occupied. Friendly warning to all out there, DO NOT go with Altech Autopage! Trust me, am speaking from personal experience!! (Mine was not by choice, they took over from Nashua Mobile, but if you have a choice, won't recommend them at all!
