Most Pathetic Customer Service

We logged a complaint about our completely ridiculous account on 8 December. After numerous attempt and even after going to the head office in Midrand, we still have no resolution on our query. We were promised feedback by all that we spoke to but even after speaking to a Manager by name of Bafana whom promises us feedback by Friday 6 February, we still do not have an answer. Autopage, you are the worst service provider that I have come across. If you are the last telecommunications company on the earth, I will start using ***eons and horses again to send my messages across. i have never seen such service toward clients. Even the Government gives better service pathetic. I hope that when someone reads this complaint that they will think twice before taking any contract or even prepaid with you.
