MOST DECIETFUL PRACTICE

we took our handset into the store when it was 3 days old because the phone was switching off. <br> zulkif said theres in nothing wrong with the handset it needed an update. The handset was getting worse. the store said it always needs an update. we took the handset on monday this week. Asahana gave no documents when we handed the handset, her response was that she cant book it in. The handset left the store without our consent. My daughter megan has been laising with khairoonesa ,daniel and twala and mulugiso. they advise that the handset was was to be replace new not refurbished. the store says that they cannot track this. this has been going on for 5 days. ref number 645384 . megan my daughter request for a trace and now all calls are not available neither are the h/o consultants. All laising is removed and h/o now says that we must take a refurbished device. there service is poor and the consultants need to have more decorum. ashana decitfully took the handset for safe keeping yet it left the store. her response was that she couldnt load the information. the staff advise us that the reason why they cant find the handest is that ashana is not there and they not sure where it is.
