Monthly overcharged billings

I have a contract with them for R299.00 per month on a 3GB data plan but have been billed R1,389.50, R673.95 and R980.50 these past months and the Sim card was not in use, so no data was used/depleted at all yet the over charged billing continues. They are unhelpful and cannot give adequate explanations why?!
