MONIES DEDUCTED SECOND TIME AFTER CLEARED

AUTOPAGE CELLULAR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT : <br> Monies collected from cell account to the same of R739.71 through New Debt collectors. No notification given of arranged deduction. Account confirmed & cleared two months ago.<br> Requested for a emailed statement reflecting the account clearance. <br> No statement received.<br> Today - SAME monies deducted for SAME amount POST CLEARANCE. <br> Was informed I should contact the New debt department & inform them I had a zero balance with AUTOPAGE, AUTOPAGE instructed NEW DEBT to take this amount off - Now i must contact them & chase after monies that are deducted AGAIN - no notification & taken off SECOND time after account is cleared!!
