Money going missing
We have 3 different accounts with autopage, 2 cellphones and an iPad. My iPad has been soft locked for over a month and they say my account is in arrears. I have proof that I made payment end of August, but now they say that the money came in to them and then the money apparently \disappeared"on 7 September. How is that my problem now? Why am I being penalised because of their account issues? I have proof that the money went out of my account and it never came back"
