mobile suspended

Helopeter ,<br> <br> I need some advice I have two contract with Autopage,last year December my bill escalated to more than what I have been charged on a monthly ,I requested them to check why the bill has escalated this much especially on my data ,the Bill on the Data was R 6000.00<br> I don't think there's any one on his right full mind can accumulate such amount on Data on the phone I hardly use ,they advise me that they will log a call and investigate till today I haven't received any response ,<br> I then suggested that since its January 2016 I will like to also make an arrangement to make payment while we waiting for the outcomes ,end of Jan I paid 2000.00,and made another arrangement for Feb of which I paid another 2000.00 but my issue is within this months and till today my phone has been suspended ,NO DATA ,I can't receive SMSes ,Incoming Calls ,Outgoing Calls <br> <br> My kind of work depends on the communication and I'm expecting clients calls ,interviews ,family ,and to be able to make emergency when its required but every time I call them to unsuspend my line they advise me that since the company its been bought they cant unsuspend my account ,why is their internal sale has to affect me <br> <br>
