MOBILE PHONE SUSPENDED

I paid the amount on the 2nd of Sep. Autopage phone me and told me the phone was not paid on the 7 Sep. I emailed the proof of payment to them on the 7 as well as the 8 of Sep and confirmed by Andwandwe that she received the email. Today they suspend my phone. Unacceptable.
