Mobile Disconnection

Since I signed for the contract with Altech Autopage , I have never had a peace of mind, I have always been billed wrongly then when I complain I was credited. Subsequent to my query I will be soft locked for their mistake and I will stay disconnected until they solve the problem. Even now I am disconnected. I went to their offices because I was not helped over the phone and I was promised that all is sorted but today I am sitting with the same problem.
