MISTAKE BY AUTOPAGE NOT CORRECTED!!!

I phoned for a once off 1G bundle on 13/10/2015 ref noA***. I was informed that it was activated immediately.<br> <br> However, it was NOT activated until three days later on 16/10/2015 (only after I phoned AGAIN, ref 893508). During this time I was charged out of bundle rates at a rate six times higher. I was informed the bundle was not activated on the 13/10/2015 due to a mistake by AUTOPAGE. <br> <br> I brought up this issue with autopage, but the issue was not even addressed.<br> <br> autopage please reverse the out of bundle rates charged to me between 13-16/10/2015 as the mistake was on your side. Its the LEAST you can do for customer service.
