MISTAKE BY AUTOPAGE

I phoned altech autopage to activate a 1G ad hoc data package.<br> I was told that it had been activated immediately<br> In the following days I used a lot of data<br> <br> Some days later I phoned the call centre to see how much data had been used.<br> I was informed that the ad hoc data package had NOT been activated due to an error by altech autopage.<br> Instead I had been charged out of bundle rates which is 6 times more expensive.<br> <br> The operator said that he is currently unable to correct the billing problem<br> <br> Please could altech autopage correct this problem and let me know<br> Ref numbers A*** AND 893508<br> <br> AS AN ASIDE, OF ALL THE MANY ALL CENTRES I HAVE DEALTH WITH, AUTOPAGE IS THE LEAST EFFICIENT, HAS THE LEAST FRIENDLY STAFF AND IS THE MOST INEPT.<br> PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
