Missing phone from Auto Page and Glocell disgusted and Frustrated

<p>My Samsung A3 gave me problems so I went to Autopage Bluff to send the phone for repairs on 06 FEBRUARY 2016 were they booked my phone in for repairs were the phone is still under garantee. It is now 18 FEBRUARY 2017 and I still have not recieved my phone back. I have phoned glocell and auto page numerous times and they can't give me an awnser to were my phone is for a year i have been sitting with this problem were my phone is missing. I have phoned ********** and ********** 111 and EVERY AGENT SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND I AM STILL WAITING SINCE LAST YEAR!! The only ref I recieved was Ref ********** 0. My daughter went to glocell to query about the problem she was told to contact the service center and they can't do anything about the problem.THIS IS PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM AUTO PAGE AND GLOCELL were you have to pay for a phone you don't even have. In the future i will never get a contract with glocell and when my contract ends I will not continue with glocell. I hope that this problem won't go unseen as it is disgusting service!!!!</p>
