Missing Nashua Mobile
I have called 3 times to have a 1GB data bundle loaded - I need the data desperately! Never ever struggled like this with Nashua Mobile - data was always available almost instantly. Now (and it's certainly not the first time) my requests disappear off the systems or are simply not processed at all. Why do I need to complain here to get standard service? This is not rocket science!! I called on 29/08 and again the morning and late afternoon of 31/08 - refs A*** and ?Task830027?. Please just action my request!
