Missing data on vodacom Autopage contract

I am a long time Autopage client.<br> I have started using my monthly Vodacom 2Gig bundle in the last 5 days. I do not download any large files or do much streaming. This bundle normally lasts me approximately 3 to 4 weeks and now all of a sudden its finished within a week. The data has disappeared and your call centre ops is very rude. They are not doing me any favours by speaking to me. Please sort this out.
