misrepresentation and ******** acts part 1

To whom this may concern<br> <br> <br> <br> I am disgusted with the service misrepresentation that you ( altech autopage) has put me through. its going a year and still my matter hasn't been dealt with and resolved. I called in to place notice on my contract as the contract duration was coming to an end... ive spoken to one of your employees who advise me that I couldn't cancel my contract due to it being more than a months notice refer to reference number 417355. <br> <br> <br> <br> I continued calling each month with regards to the cancellation with no satisfaction. I was transferred to the retentions department who was going to assist me with the cancellation however convinced me to take a data package at 99 rand a month for 2 gigs of data. 13 October I called in to check for cancellation due to you'll not providing me with the data service but however debiting me for the package. Again on the 15 October I called and logged a request for refund and cancellation reference number 478654 at 11am.
