Mislead of customer

In November 2015 I contacted Autopage for a migration on my Cell c contract Task nr 927306. I called them several times and send emails but to no avail. In January I contacted them again, the consultant promised me at the end of January I will pay a once off payment of R132.00 and after that monthly R99.00. Once again that didn't happen. I am mislead and I am claiming my money back since November 2015.They did not reveal all cost.
