Misinformed Information Presented

I went to Midrand - to the source, to do my upgrade on 28 June. At the same time I requested that my package be increased. I specifically confirmed with the consultant, seeing that it was already the 28th, that the old contract would be deducted on the 1st of July and that the new contract would be deducted 1st of August.<br> Increases has always work as such, the main thing is I need these extra minutes in a month due to my nature of work that I started in June I do have a top-up but the airtime is definitely more expensive now. After the same deduction 2nd in a row, and my minutes running out, I contacted Autopage and the lady I spoke informed me that the increases has a REDICULOUS 3 month waiting period on now!!! This is costing me a load of money - which I do not have in a month, it is costing more than the small increase amount on my contract and I can not wait until 28 October for this to kick in. It is at my own free will that I went to head office, requested the package I decided on and signed for it knowing exactly what it is going to cost me. I was not contacted and forced into the package. I demand it now as I need it immediately!!!!
