misguided contracts

I took out a contract with Autopage 2 weeks ago, had trouble for 5 days getting the phone connected. Now I can't load air time as I have to call my service provider who I thought was mtn, but know its not. I don't know what the contract entails because I didn't get a contact from them, just a delivery note. So im right in saying I don't have a contact with them. I need someone to call me and I need paperwork to show me what the terms and conditions are and how am I to go about using the phone without any airtime. Get this sorted or take the phone back because I only have had grieve and unnecessary headaches, don't need this in my life
