Migration not happening

I migrated from a Talk500 to a Topup100 last year. It was suppose to happen from the 15 of December 2014. After realising that this did not happened and that I got another huge bill the end of January - they just keep on promising that they will come back to me. Telling me that this happened to a lot of Vodacom users is not acceptable. They are rude and have no customer service at all. I must phone them every other day and they keep on telling me they are waiting for the \division that handles this"to come back to them. <br> I have 3 contracts with Autopage and this is not the service that I'm expecting from them.
