manager on breakfast

The manager willy van rensburg is unable to sort out a query in store as he was having breakfast.. a mistake made by one of his staff members is still not sorted out 5 months later!!! A message was left for him to call back but that was not done nor was a reply sent to my email requesting help.. is he fit to be the manager if he cannot assist clients?? The staff in centurion are very ******** and unhelpful
