Ludicrous data bill

I was shocked to receive this invoice for my data account that I have had for a couple of years now. I hardly ever use my data until recently when I was advised by Raileen at your George branch, that unused data is carried over and that I can use it.<br> <br> With this in mind, I deemed it worthwhile to actually use the data card, after all I pay for it each month. My children were obviously overwhelmed by the news and also used the card.<br> <br> I would never have used this data card if I knew I was going to be charged exorbitant out of bundle rates.<br> <br> Could you please investigate this matter and rectify my account immediately.<br> <br> I have been a client of Autopage for 20 years and I sincerely hope this isn't an ************ tactic to overcharge unsuspecting customers.<br> <br> Please be advised that I will publicise this widely in the media and on consumer sites should it not be resolved.
