LOST EVERTHING
I handed my phone in for fixing 6 weeks ago<br> <br> I was not advised that everything would be deleted in the branch <br> <br> Then on Saturday I picked my phone up and I was given a brand new device - all my phone history is totally gone<br> <br> UNDERSTAND - a totally empty phone<br> <br> NO MESSAGE HISTORY<br> <br> NO WATTSAPP HISTORY <br> <br> NO PHONE HISTORY <br> <br> NO CONTACTS<br> <br> NOTHING ON THE PHONE <br> <br> Have you any idea how much I dislike your service or the extreme lack of it <br> <br> At no time was I informed that everything would be totally GONE<br> <br> I want my old phone back<br> <br> A most annoyed Colleen Botha *** / ***
