Lost cell phone :( :(

I cannot begin to state my frustration !!!!!! I lost my cell phone - i called in and blacklisted it as well as blocked the sim >>> I was told to go to the police station to get a case number .. of which i did ( let me just add i am 37 weeks pregnant ) i stood at a police station for hours getting a case number .. i then called altech insurance as instructed and was told i need to go back to the police station for an affidavit .. again i had to wait hours ! i then sent all required information to altech insurance ... i called a day later only for them to tell me they need altech call center to update their database in order to show the IPC number .. i call the call center .. they have NOT EVEN black listed my PHONE yet they gave me an IPC number .. im so ****ed off .. i will literally come burn down your stores ! SORT THIS **** OUT!!!!!! you not making a pregnant woman about to give birth go through this ENTIRE process again !!! I refuse to make any payments to your business until my phone is replaced .. I have wasted over R300 of someone else's airtime to call Altech for this stupidity
