Lost Airtime after SIM Swap

Hi<br> <br> On the 24th of April I received a new phone and I did a sim swap after 13h00, the last call I made was to Autopage when I requested the sim swap my airtime balance was +_R200 and I didn't get it back. I contacted Autopage few times and they escalated the issue to MTN, still no one bothers to give me feedback or explain to me what happened to my airtime. I need it back I paid for that airtime already.<br> <br> I am wasting more money calling their call center , This Morning I spent more than 25minutes on the phone. still no direction.<br> <br> 664174 auto page reference about airtime.
