Loosing Battle with Autopage

exactly a month ago I aired my frustration with the incompetence of Auto page who has been billing for a Sony E4 meanwhile they gave me a SONY E 1 ....since then I received 1 lousy call and today I cannot express my utter disgust when I get a statement and again I am billed for the E4 which I do not have. so the answer is Auto page has done absolutely nothing with my complaint. now rest assured that this matter will be escalated to a higher body and will definitely cancel both contract I have with you because clearly you have no respect for your clients. I am sick and tired of complaining about the same thing!!!
