Loaded 500mb says it was free but billed me!!

I wrote a report regarding a issues in december and never got my data or sms for that month,i contacted many people Yaliwe & Marco eventually Marco said to me that they will load 500mb on my account and NO CHARGE as they were at fault it took weeks to get the 500mb i had to call in and mail him and it was done thereafter.This month i noticed i was billed for ***en 500mb so *** here?? i have on mails from Marco Odonis that there was no ***n charge but he charged me...if i want ***en 500mb i can buy off my damn fnb account not from you ***s,I AM NOW SICK OF YOU AS MY SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE PUT UP WITH THIS **** FOR 8 YEARS AS A CLIENT AND THIS IS IT YOU PRIKS....I WANT MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BECOZ I NEVER WANTED YOUR 500MB BUT MY 50MB WHICH IS PART OF MY PACKAGE...I EXPECT REPLIES AND REPLIES ***N FAST AS FOR MARCO THAT PRIK HE DON WANT TO REPLY TO MY MAILS ANYMORE USELESS ****!!<br>
